Facilitators
This year, we are raising our standards for facilitators to ensure every space is safe, supported, and high quality. We are looking for facilitators who:

Have 10+ years of professional experience

Offer a unique, embodied practice or methodology

Are experienced retreat leaders or long-form space holders
-
Have an established community or public presence
-
Are ready to collaborate, co-create, and support the festival
These requirements help ensure that every session is held with care, presence, and professionalism, while allowing your unique energy and essence to shine.

Volunteers & Market Vendors
Volunteers and market vendors are an essential part of the festival. Your energy, support, and creativity help bring the experience to life. We have separate forms for each role, so you can share how you’d like to contribute.

Joining the team as a volunteer is a beautiful opportunity to experience the festival from within, connect with a conscious and inspiring community, and contribute to the creation of a meaningful event.

Volunteers support different aspects of the festival such as welcoming participants, assisting facilitators, helping with logistics, or supporting the flow of the event.
​
Volunteers receive access to the festival spaces and activities during their free time, food & more benefits regarding their roles in the team (lead volunteer, usual volunteer, content creation..) while being part of the heart of the experience.
