A conscious gathering where connection is the compass and co-creation is the journey
This year, Co~nectar will take place in October at luxury wellness finca in North Tenerife — exact dates to be confirmed. This unique retreat location is designed to provide both participants and facilitators with a luxurious, grounded and inspiring environment.
A new level of requirements to apply as a facilitator
As the festival grows, we are curating our facilitator team with more defined and intentional criteria.
We are inviting applications only from facilitators who:

Have 10+ years of professional experience

Have embodied a unique practice or methodology

Are active retreat leaders or long-form space holders
-
Have an established community and public presence
-
Are willing to collaborate, co-create and support the festival through aligned promotion
These criteria are in place to ensure:

The highest quality of experiences for all participants

Safety, alignment, and coherence across all sessions

That facilitators are able to hold space deeply, with confidence and presence

That the festival maintains its professional, intentional, and heart-led standard as it grows internationally

Co~Nectar Festival is also made possible through the support of our volunteers.
Joining the team as a volunteer is a beautiful opportunity to experience the festival from within, connect with a conscious and inspiring community, and contribute to the creation of a meaningful event.
Volunteers support different aspects of the festival such as welcoming participants, assisting facilitators, helping with logistics, or supporting the flow of the event.
In exchange, volunteers receive access to the festival spaces and activities during their free time, food & more benefits while being part of the heart of the experience.
