What this is
Facilitators are often the ones holding space, giving, and supporting others. This gathering offers them the opportunity to slow down, connect with one another, and arrive fully before the festival begins.
Throughout the day, facilitators come together for shared workshops, conversations, relaxation, and open connection. They also have access to the venue's wellness facilities, including the sauna, pool, and lounge areas, creating space to unwind and recharge together.
In the evening, we open the dinner to a limited number of festival guests. It's a chance to meet the facilitators behind the workshops, share a meal, enjoy meaningful conversations, and connect in a relaxed setting before the festival officially begins.
