Requirements:
*Commitment to be present and engaged for at least 6 hours per day during your volunteer shift
*Willingness to support a dynamic, outdoor festival environment
*Openness to work as part of a team in different roles as needed
*A reliable and positive attitude
We welcome people who enjoy being part of something collaborative, creative, and alive — where each person’s contribution directly supports the experience of the festival.
What we offer:
*Full access to the co~nectar festival outside of volunteer hours
*Opportunity to be part of the team creating the festival from within
*Meals or basic support during volunteer shifts (if applicable)
*Connection with facilitators, artists, and the wider community
*If space allows, accommodation is provided at the festival location (This may be in a shared yoga shala or tented shared space) Spaces are limited and allocated based on availability.
