Facilitator

Requirements
* Willingness to actively support the invitation and sharing of co~nectar within their own community
* Minimum 10 years experience in holding space, or proven high-quality facilitation work
* Ability to offer a clear, well-structured workshop or session
*Grounded presence and responsibility in group settings

Access to a dedicated facilitators gathering with dinner to meet and connect with other facilitators
Participation in facilitator-focused workshops designed to support preparation, exchange, and connection before the festival begins.

**For international facilitators
4 nights accommodation in a shared house at the festival location (luxury eco-retreat space with sauna, pool, gardens, and food forest)
